Easy Moroccan Vegetarian Dinner

If you are short of ideas to cook an easy, delicious vegetarian dinner, this class is for you! Moroccan cuisine is not short of flavor, we will show a few easy dishes that you would want to make over and over!
- Roasted Garlic Hummus
- Vegetarian Tagine: slow cooked veggies in delicious blend of spices
- Almond Briouats: Sweet little nutty pastries, to enjoy anytime!
- How to make your own Ras-El-Hanout spice blend.
You will get to wrap your own pastries, and take them home! Other dishes will be sampled during the class. Recipes will be provided during the class, to take home as well.

This event is hosted and organized by Trout Lake Community Center. Tartine & Maple Gift Certificate may be redeemed for this event at the Center’s discretion. All registration must be made through them (see info below).

The food demonstrated and served may contain gluten, dairies, eggs and other ingredients that are considered as allergen, as well as the kitchen, where all kind of food is being handled. Substitutions are not always possible. If any concerns, please inquire prior to booking!
The event is mainly demonstration style. Kitchen is not equipped for every students to cook, but when possible, I will hand over some work!
