Easy Every Day French Dinner #3 (Kensington CC)

Presenting a series of 3 classes at Kensington Community Center, where you will learn how to put together an easy French dinner, to cook any day, any time, in no time and for any occasion!
In the third class of the series, we will demonstrate the following:
- Warm Goat Cheese Salad
- “Coq au Vin”: braised chicken in rich red wine sauce
- Salted Caramel “Pot de Creme”: creamy custard dessert
Please note that everyone will get to taste the food, but there will not be a full size portion of each dish for everyone, it is a demonstration class.
This event is hosted and organized by Kensington Community Center. Tartine & Maple Gift Certificate can not be redeemed for this event. All registration must be made through them (see info below).

The food demonstrated and served may contain gluten, dairies, eggs and other ingredients that are considered as allergen, as well as the kitchen, where all kind of food is being handled. Substitutions are not always possible. If any concerns, please inquire prior to booking!
The event is mainly demonstration style. Kitchen is not equipped for every students to cook, but when possible, I will hand over some work!
